Vendor Show June 17th, 2024
at the Classic Center in Athens, Ga 
*Conference setup will be June 16th from 2pm to 5pm.

Title Sponsor - SOLD

Platinum - $5500

  • Opportunity to include content in attendee bags (vendor provided by May 1st).

  • Logo on breakout room exterior doors throughout conference hall.

  • Second day (Tuesday 18th) setup in breakout room areas.

Add-ons and Extras

  • Electricity - $75

  • Drink tickets for attendees - $100 for 10 Tickets 

  • Coffee/Refreshments for AM or PM conference days (Tuesday or Wednesday) with company signage - $500 (4 available)

*Registrations must be made for individual companies only. NO booth sharing.

*Booths will be assigned by GASROE prior to the event.

*Cancellations- No Refunds will be issued after May 1st, 2024.
